She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Pinkney Elgin and Lillace Lochamy Elgin. She is survived by: her husband James R. Miner; her daughter Rachel Rebecca Miner; her sisters, Patricia Elgin Jones (Ken), Neice and Laurie H. Downs (Trever); and her nephew Whitt Jones (Jamie).
