She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Evans and Mary Jane Evans (Rochell); and her brother-in-law James "Bobby" Shockley. She is survived by: her sister Merle Shockley of Athens, AL; her niece Tona Haggermaker (Jerry) of Athens, AL; her great-niece Chelesa Haggermaker; her great-nephew Jace Haggermaker (Carly); Jack Haggermaker and Tate Haggermaker.
