He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline; his grandson Nicholas Loggins; his parents, Louise Westmoreland, and Frank Westmoreland, Sr.; and his sisters, Mildred Smith and May Lane Owens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Putman, Pamela Loggins (Ted), Paula Dawson (Daniel) and Peggy Schifano (Joseph). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
