He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Emma Weeks; his parents, Adell Weeks and Walter Weeks; his siblings, Evelyn Weeks, Faye Burcham and Charles Weeks; and his grandchildren, Skylar Hogeland and Spenser Rickard.

He is survived by: his siblings, Frieda Seal, Brenda Weeks, David Weeks and Dewayne Weeks; and his children, Kevin Weeks, Katina Verell and Melissa Guerra. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
