She is survived by: her sons, Jake (Johnna), Landon (Lindsey) and Logan (Amberly); her parents, Ken Cosby and Joan Barnes (Bobby); her sisters, Dawn Blakely (Andy) of Athens, AL., Erin Moran of Athens, AL. and Jessica Dean (Matt) of Athens, AL.; her nephews, Luke Johnson, Noah Moran, Ben Blakely and Easton Dean; her niece Shelby Odom; her great-niece Hattie Jo Johnson; and her pet Molly.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice of North Alabama.
