He is survived by: his parents, Jose Soto Becerril and Anita Ramirez Sanchez; his wife Miguelina Jaimes Cruz; his children, Ana Karen, Yosevit Soto, Kevin Soto and Jahir Soto; and his siblings, Jose Luis Soto, Fernando Soto, Martha Soto, Erika Soto, Elizabeth Soto and Luz Maria Soto.
