He was predeceased by: his parents, William Price and Alma Koontz Price. He is survived by: his wife Fannie Price; and his children, April Pelzer of Ardmore, Jennifer Price of Maryland, Glenn Price II of Athens and Christopher Price of Lancaster, Ohio. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
