She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Wayne Simmons; her sons, Brian Simmons (Ginger) of Athens, Brent Simmons (Emily) of Athens and Brandon Simmons (Brandy) of Athens; her brothers, Dwight Clem (Barbara) of Athens, Deryl Clem (Lynell) of Athens and Timothy Clem (Delonnie) of Athens; her grandchildren, Jake Simmons (Suzanne) of Athens, Jared Simmons (Audrey) of Athens, Annie Simmons of Athens, Addison Simmons of Athens, Cooper Simmons of Athens, Ally James Simmons of Athens and Darcy Simmons of Athens; and her great grandchild Rawlings Simmons. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Limestone Chapel Funeral Home (322 US-31, Athens, AL 35611). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at the Limestone Memorial Gardens (1987 US-31, Athens, AL 35611).
