She was predeceased by: her parents, Price Wooten and Evelyn Wooten; and her husband James Thomas Lawrence. She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Lawrence Smith (Michael) and Brandie Lawrence Hanserd (Stewart); her grandchildren, Jordan Xayavong (Austin) and Joshua Smith (Lauren Street); her stepgrandsons, Landon Hanserd and Jacob Hanserd; her great grandchild Sadie Leigh Xayavong; her brother Roger Wooten (Shirley); and her great grandchild Sadie Leigh.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Limestone Chapel Funeral Home (322 US-31, Athens, AL 35611). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
