He is survived by: his mother Betty Jo Browning Heath; his wife Patricia Heath; his children, Maria Hope (Christopher), Andrea Heath and Jerry Heath Jr. (Ashley); his grandchildren, Chameron Hope, Christopher Hope, Cayden Hope, Meagan Heath (Ronnie Long), Hunter Heath, Blake Heath, Tyler Heath, Emma Heath and Emmerson Armstrong; his great grandchild Waylon Long; and his siblings, Susie Gates (Jerry), James Heath, Danny Heath (Christy) and Sandy Heath (Pam). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
