He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Andrews (Buddy), Suzanne Carter (Philip) and Kim Walker (Gary); his grandchildren, Clara Andrews, Jessie Andrews, Blake Carter, Lindzy Callaway (Blake) and Katherine Walker Cook (Josh); and his great grandchild Carter Leigh Callaway.
