He is survived by: his children, Brent Hawkins (Kara) and Kelly Lewis (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Dave Lewis, Bodie Hawkins (Beth) and Sloan Hawkins (Hannah); and his great grandchildren, Cade Hawkins, Liddy Hawkins, Corbin Hawkins, John Emmett Hawkins, Kyler Hawkins and Walker Hawkins.
