She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Franks and Earline Craig; her husband Charles M. Webster; her son Charles W. Webster; and her siblings, Louella Hargraves, Joy Balch, Robert Franks, Randall Franks and James Franks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna W. Hill and Jane McGill; her daughter-in-law Tammy Webster; her grandchildren, Wendy Boyce (Aric), Whitney Hill, Zachary McGill (Haley) and Rachel Malone; and her siblings, Linda Sue Loschke (Paul) and Johnny Franks. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, numerous extended family members and friends.
