It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lynda J Xaver of Athens, Alabama, born in Plymouth, Indiana, who passed away on July 14, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wm Francis and Irene Xaver (Pickavet); her brothers, Bill and Paul; and her husband Orley.
She is survived by: her son Bill Hollett (Daniela); her grandchildren, Sofia Hollett, Sylvia Hollett and William Hollett; her daughter-in-law Dawn; her grandson-in-law Liam; and her siblings, Janice, Eloise (Frank Geiselhofer), Luann (Michael Falkowski), Jeanine, Gerard (Sharon) and Joe.
During COVID, Lynda sewed hundreds of face masks, including those that she donated to the less fortunate in Athens.
The family requests that memorial contributions in honor of Lynda be made to St. Michael Catholic School (mail to 627 N Walnut Street, Plymouth, IN 46563).
