She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jackson Fitzpatrick and Christine Naomi Haney Fitzpatrick; her husband Elmer Clay; and her siblings, Robert Allen Fitzpatrick, Jo Wilma Harvey, Frances Harvey, Peggy Hill and Shirley Dale Asherbranner.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Dewaine Crawford, Anna Joyce England, Kathy Marie Hemphill (Randy) and Patricia Ann Haggard; and her siblings, Richard Wayne Fitzpatrick, Jean Templeton and Eleanor Patterson. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
