Martha Wright Scott Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on March 14, 2026, at the age of 90, Martha Wright Scott of Athens, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gibson Wright and Vela Brooks Wright; her siblings, Hansel Morell, Obinetta Solomon, Sam, Adron of Reford, W. G. and Edsel Wright; her husband Dalton Scott; and her son-in-law Jeff Hill.
She is survived by: her daughter Mona Hill; her granddaughter Savannah Hill Clark (Dustin); and her great grandchildren, Mallie McKenzie Clark and Samuel Scott Clark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Elkton Road Baptist Church or The Women's Resource Center of Athens.
