He is survived by: his parents, Staci Allfrey Ebert and Mark Ebert; his sister Mallory Langston Ebert; his grandparents, Donald Ebert, Tim, Dawn Hawkins, John and Sandra Allfrey; his uncles, John (Heather Crutcher), Howard Petty and David Petty; and his cousins, Bailey Abernathy (Ryne), Abbie Lovell (Jacob), Meleah Crutcher, Caleb Crutcher and Fox Lee Riddle.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Elkton Road Baptist Church (19470 Elkton Rd, Athens, AL 35614). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
