She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Benton Hardy and Sabra Jo Whitworth; and her son Jonathan Cook. She is survived by: her daughter Mindy Haynes (Mike); her siblings, Charles Hardy Jr., Cory Hardy (Kim), Marcus Hardy (Sheri), Tim Hardy and Linda Jacobs (David); and her grandchildren, Hailey Hill, India Cook, Lexus Stewart (Isaiah) and Sidney McKinney.
