Milton Edsel Chaney Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Milton Edsel Chaney of Athens, Alabama, who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Chaney and Ruth Chaney; and his brother Rickey Chaney. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Chaney; his daughters, Melanie Chaney Martin, Shanna Lea Arnold and Emily Brooke Lawrence (Jonatan); his grandchildren, Victoria Layne Arnold, Gabriel Mark Lawrence and Shepherd Wells Lawrence; and his siblings, Barbara Chaney Keeton, Brenda Chaney Kilpatrick, Tony Chaney and Ronald Chaney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Rogersville Church of Christ.
