Patricia Lynn Hampton Obituary
We announce the death of Patricia Lynn Hampton (Athens, Alabama), who passed away on September 4, 2026, at the age of 70. Patricia will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laudie Henson and Marcia Henson; and her siblings, Debra Kyle and Kelly Henson. She is survived by: her husband Henry Hampton; her stepdaughter Jennifer Webb (Kevin); her niece Debbie Taylor; her nephew Marty Kyle; her sister Kathy Long (Shane); her great-nieces, Cheyenne Clem (Dakota) and Shelby Harville (Austin); her great-nephew Landon Kyle (Taylor); and her close friends, David and Mary Sandlin. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Limestone Chapel Funeral Home (322 US-31, Athens, AL 35611). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
