She was predeceased by : her husband George Lee Canfield; her parents, Floyd Margeson (Popeye) and Elizabeth Margeson; her brother Robert Margeson; and her stepdaughter Leanne Lockwood (Jack).

She is survived by : her children, Floyd Helm (Sylvia), Phil Helm (Penny), Fawn Masti (Ronald) and Faith Preston (Carl); and her stepchildren, Rebecca Anne Hill (Gregory), Stephanie Anne Marchionda (Jeffery), Gretchen Canfield of Virginia and Shawn Canfield. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
