He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Snider Sikes. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Sikes; his father Ray Sikes, Sr.; his children, Logan Elmore, Lindsey Hanback and Ivey Allen; and his siblings, Jack Hayes and Donna Ingram. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
