She is survived by: her children, Christopher Peatfield II (Emily), Kendra Peatfield, Kara Saint (Daniel) and Kimberly Wess (Kevin); her brother Robert C. Vaillancourt (Sue); her stepsister Barbara Hague; and her grandchildren, Philip, Benjamin, Joshua, Megan, Stephen, Lexie, Troy, Sadie and Joseph.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:49 PM at the McConnell Funeral Home Inc. (1200 E Forrest St, Athens, AL 35613). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
