He is survived by: his wife Thelma Gwen; his siblings, Evangeline Franklin Parkes, Jim Fowler and Mickey Fowler; his children, Joe Fowler (Marilyn), Ralph Fowler (Wendy), Jill Marceau (Dennis), Tracy Fowler (Cheryl) and Mitzi Evans (Johnny); and his grandchildren, Dallas, Dusty, Drew, Daniel, Lee, Nicholas Fowler, Melissa Scofield, Alan Jones, Elizabeth Bennett, John Evans and Hannah Beth Ray. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
