He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Meadows; his sister Patty Joe Meadows; his parent Ladye Joe Meadows (White); and his nephew Jeff Wales. He is survived by: his daughter Leslie Meadows; and his siblings, Carol Wales (Harold), Sonny Meadows, Kathy Webster (Edward) and Tracy Meadows. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
