He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Booth; and his siblings-in-law, Cleo Medders, June Booth, Joe McFadden and Miriam Booth.

He is survived by: his wife Kay Rolfe Booth; his daughters, Kathy Booth Hutcheson (Phil) and Beebe Booth De Meis (Jeff); his grandchildren, Sam Hutcheson (Caitlin), Jack Hutcheson (Jade), Sarah De Meis Collins (Nic) and Jeffrey De Meis (Abby); his great grandchildren, Henry Collins and Addi Kate Collins; and his sibling TooToo Booth Medders.
