He is survived by: his wife Kay Adams; his children, Greg Adams (Lori) and Kim Smith (David); his grandchildren, Blake Adams (Maria), Kaylin Adams, Jacob Smith and Kara Underwood (Devin); his brother Bill Adams; and his nephew Richard Green (Lisa).
