Mayfield, Jr. (Abbegale); his grandchildren, Lauren Terrell (Michael), Ashley Maxwell (TJ) and Madison Mayfield; his great grandchildren, Emma Claire Maxwell, William Owen Maxwell and Laci Marie Terrell; and his siblings, Robert Mayfield, Oneal Mayfield (Denise), Johnny Mayfield (Monica), Daniel Mayfield (Emily), Beulah McArthur (Wayne), Lois Warren (GW), Gertrude Garland (Dick), Ruby McCartney (Johnny), Tonya Taylor (Stephen) and Brandy Mayfield (Anthony).
