He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorine Bostick Bullen and Oather Bullen. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Van Steenberg (Chris) and Carol Nimitz (Michael); his wife Bonnie Bullen; his grandchildren, Olivia, Will Van Steenberg and Claire Nimitz; and his sister Carolyn Spearman.
