William Schueler Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Schueler of Athens, Alabama, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Nellie Mae Schueler; his son William Randall Schueler; his grandson Bryson Bennett; his parents, Jacob Schueler and Katie Schueler; and his siblings, Evelyn Edwards and Herbert Schueler.

He is survived by: his daughter Terri Rankin (Colin); his grandchildren, Chad Lindsay (Amanda), William Ryan Schueler (Whitney) and Kristin Lindsay (Jess); his great grandchildren, Brodie Lindsay, Makayla Lindsay, Reagan Schueler and Jacob Owen Schueler; and his sister Esther Smith (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of North Alabama or The Athens Veteran's Museum.
