He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Steinhauser. He is survived by: his wife Linda Marie Richter; his children, Anna Steinhauser Norton (Henry), David Steinhauser (Susan) and Edward Steinhauser (Barbara); his grandchildren, Jason Steinhauser (Jennifer), Ashley Steinhauser and Will Norton (Juvy); and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Arya and Jacob.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Springfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Rogersville, AL.
