He is survived by: his children, Carl Starrett Jr. (Mardy), Ellen, Joseph Rayborn (Michelle), Tony and Ricky Earl Rayborn; his grandchildren, Courtney, Stephen, Joseph Jr., Clara, Shonnan (Jonathan Jr.), Henry of Brittany, J. C., Alyssa, Santara and Tiffany; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan III, Jamesyn, Anastasia, Alaura Taylor, Brianna and Damon Heritage.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Steve's Farm (1201 S Hwy 99, Walnut Hill, FL 32568).
