We announce the death of Christy Neff of Atmore, Alabama, who passed away on July 31, 2026, at the age of 67. Christy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Christy will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Christy’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Burkett and Betty Marshall Burkett; and her husband David Lee Neff. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Butters (Matthew); her grandsons, Charlie and Samuel Butters; and her brother Jason Burkett of Atmore.
