He was predeceased by : his parents, Lenole Parish and Eutalis Burbaugh Parish; and his siblings, Leanne Weist and Phillip Parish. He is survived by : his wife Geneva Beasley Parish; his children, David F. Parish, Jr. (Michelle) of Atmore, AL and Terri Godwin of Wallace, AL; his brother Joe Edward Parish (Sandy) of Gainesboro, TN; and his grandchildren, Anna Ellis (Tony) and Kyle Parish (Whitney). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
