He is survived by: his son Rodney "Shorty" Brown (Patsy Reaves) of Atlanta, Georgia; his niece-in-law Rhecy Currie of Atmore, Alabama; his granddaughter Kyle Lynn Neese (Zach); his great grandchildren, Leland, Nolan and Rebecca; his nieces, Nancy Roach and Betty Hodges; his great-niece Sheena-Marie Currie Rosenbaum; and his great-nephew Daniel "Trey" Currie, III.
