It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Dean (Atmore, Alabama), who passed away on February 22, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Earl Dean; his grandparents, Carolyn Louise Keel, J. C. Keel, Edna Earl Sadler and Robert Comer Sadler, Jr.; his daughter Maggie Pearl Caraway; and his father-in-law John A. McGhee.

He is survived by: his mother Shelvia Keel Dean of Atmore; his siblings, Ricky Dean of Atmore and Jena Duke (Perry) of Mobile; his wife Kimberly Dean of Atmore; his children, Jon Dean (Malori) of Atmore, James Dean (Emily) of Atmore, Mason Dean (Catie) of Atmore and Miranda Hudson (Brandon) of Atmore; and his grandchildren, Porter James Dean of Atmore and Carson Elizabeth Johnson of Atmore. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members, close friends.
