He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Weaver and Doris Lindsey Weaver; and his siblings, Linda Blake, Aubrey Weaver, Winsten Weaver, Ronald Weaver and Larry Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Odom Weaver; his children, Stephanie Powell (Kenny), Mary Ann Hubbard (Robert), Jeff Weaver (Heather) and Joel Weaver (Hailey); and his brothers, Donald Weaver (Ernestine), Dick Weaver (Vonda) and Pat Weaver (Catharine).
