With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Clark of Atmore, Alabama, who passed away on October 17, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jerry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jerry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Clark and Elon Bell Clark. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Black Clark; his daughter Daphne Ates (Jay) of Atmore, AL; his brother David Clark of Brewton, AL; and his grandchildren, Braiden Peebles and Ella Kate Ates. He is also survived by his nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brooks Memorial Baptist Church (904 McRae St, Atmore, AL 36502). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
