She is survived by: her sisters, Tammy Ward (Paul) of Dyersburg and Terri Respress (Rodney Dortch) of Atmore, Alabama; and her nephews, Jeremiah Ward (Jessica) of Dyersburg, Joshua Gurley (Melissa) of Pensacola and John Gurley of Dothan, Alabama. She is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Petty Funeral Homes (9260 US-31, Atmore, AL 36502).
