He is survived by: his wife Cassie Caraway Rollins of Huxford, AL; his parents, Richard Boutwell and Rhonda "Sissy" Stacey Boutwell of Perdido, AL; his parents-in-law, Jeff and Beverly Caraway of Huxford, AL; and his siblings, Edward Hadley (Kendall) of Bay Minette, AL, Christy Garner (Mike) of Perdido, AL, Mandy Whidbee (Jack) of Perdido, AL and Shelly Harville (Jacob) of Perdido, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
