She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Paul Lewis and Carrie Godwin Lewis; and her siblings, Paul Lewis and Helen Dearmoore. She is survived by: her husband Donnie Fails of Atmore, Alabama; her children, Thomas Fails of Atmore and Holley White (Steve) of Atmore; her sisters, Lynda Hyden of Pensacola, Teresa Eisele of Pensacola, Sheila Kearley of Wilmer and Sharon Fuller of Dubach, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Gage White, Kade Fails, Gavyn Fails and Annaryse Fails; and her great grandchildren, Lane White and Lakilyn Godwin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
