She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Clifton and Leola Tomkins McBrayer; her husband James Lloyd Norton; her son Dale Wayne Brown; and her siblings, Margaret Joy Knight and James "Jimmy" Edward McBrayer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Kay Hildebrand (David) of Texarkana, TX, Karen Blackburn (Clifton) and Terry Kirby Colbert of Atmore, AL; her stepchildren, Shane Norton (Sharon) of Palm Springs, CA, Bryant Norton (Jody) of Woodville, WA and Lucinda Johnson (Brad) of Utah; and her siblings, Nelda McCool and Bob McBrayer. She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
