He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilborn Peebles and Dorothy Peebles; his grandparents, Mary Godwin Peebles, James McGilbert Gibb Peebles, Jess Coy and Mae Gunn; his brother Ricky Peebles; and his nephew Jarrod Peebles.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Melissa Peebles; his children, Coy Peebles (Emma), Ivy Peebles, Cindy Peebles, April Amos Kelsey Peebles (Brandon) and Audrey Peebles; and his brothers, Rodger (Rene' Peebles) and Ronald (Darlene Peebles). He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild; and many other relatives.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Petty Funeral Homes (9260 US-31, Atmore, AL 36502). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
