She is survived by: her children, James Ivy and Jessica Ivy of Poarch, AL; her siblings, Otis McGhee, Jr. of Brewton, AL, Christopher Johnson (Denise) of Cherokee, AL and Renee Blackwell (Pernell) of Leesburg, AL; her cousins, Sandra Steverson, Willie Faye Thomas, Connie Vickery, Patricia Wessel and Jacquelyn Baker; her grandchildren, Ashton, Audrey, Harlee, Chelsey, Timothy, Bryson, Jameson and Brinley; and her caregiver Theresa Tucker. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; numerous family, friends.
