He is survived by: his children, Charles Ward (Becky) of Atmore, Alabama, Wanda Lewis (Ray) of Cantonment and Lucinda "Cindy" Tedder (Bubba) of Atmore, Alabama; his siblings, Aaron Coy Boutwell (Diane) of Flomaton, Alabama, Marie McMillian (Buddy) of Brewton and Melba Lambeth (Junior) of Atmore, Alabama; his grandchildren, Jessica Sawyer, Lisa McGhee (Jeremy), Richey Tedder (Cassie), Sissy Rolin (Alex), Jacob Tedder, Adrienne Tedder (Braxton), Chrissy Allen (T. J.) and Joshua Lewis; his great grandchildren, Camden, Lagan, Emily, Izzy, Londyn, Ryder, Kayleigh, Mathieu, Kamryn, Sean, Russell, Delaney and Trinity; and his great great grandchild Baileigh.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Petty Funeral Homes (9260 US-31, Atmore, AL 36502). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
