She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Murray and Stella Rupel Murray; her husband P. C. Bellew; her daughter Anita Bearden; her son-in-law Terry Bearden; and her brothers, Ward Murray (Thelma), Calvin Murray (Doris) and Marvin Murray (Mary).
She is survived by: her son Rev. Anthony Bellew (Renee); her grandchildren, Carter Bellew, Mckenzie Shrewsberry (Briley) and Rev. Shane Bearden (Misty); her great grandchildren, Conner Bearden, Madeline Smith (Gabe) and Ella Bearden; and her sisters, Laura Gilliland (Dewayne), Judy McBurnett (Jack), Carolyn Wilson (Wilford), Lela Harrison (Alvin), Leetha Robinson (M. F.), Bertie Burtram Johns (Willard) and Francis Waddell (Paul). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
