She was predeceased by: her husband L. C. "Mac" Willingham; her parents, Henry Gilbert "Gil" Payne and Lorene Elizabeth "Lizzie" Helms Payne; her siblings, J. D. "Jay" Payne, William Clifford "Shorty" Payne, Henry Clarance Payne, Paul David "Bud" Payne, Velma Mae Payne Peppers, Clara Bell Payne Eubanks and Helen Lucille Payne Davis; and her son-in-law Gerald Ray Green.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Joan Willingham Green; and her grandson Adam Dale Green (Annaleigh Harris). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
