She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Smith and Elizabeth Smith; her husband Jeff Miller; her sister Jean; and her brother-in-law Charlie Hunsucker.

She is survived by : her daughter Kristi Hill Tipton; her grandchildren, Amber Swindall (Dylan), Dorsett Tipton (Arianna) and Caleb Tipton; her great grandchildren, Dayton, Dax Tipton, Colt Swindall and Avery Tipton; and her brothers, Stephen Smith (Linda) and Tom (Jane Miller). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, along with special friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Morgan Funeral Chapel (625 Gilbert Ferry Rd SE, Attalla, AL 35954). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
