He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Irene Pinson (Hammette); his children, Harvey DWayne Pinson, Terry Keith Pinson (Jennifer) and Angela Sheree Arasmith (David); his grandchildren, Harvey "Buddy", Jonathan, Ashley Pinson, Riley Arasmith, Bentley, Hunter and Barrett Pinson; his sisters-in-law, Sherry Hornbuckle (Donnie), Darlene Stanford (Mike) and Elmyra Hammett; and his sister Helen.
