He was predeceased by : his granddaughter Gracie Marie Berry; his parents, Joseph Brown and Gracie Brown; and his siblings, Marie, Johnny, Jack, Billy and Joe.

He is survived by : his daughter Victoria Brown (James Berry); his stepchildren, Ashley Cunningham (John) and Joshua Cunningham (Michelle); his grandchildren, Dawson Scott Brown and Wyndell Dale Berry; and his siblings, Tammy Brown (Andy Johnson), Cathy Wright (Randy), Peggy Helton and Robert Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
